OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
Client retains ownership of their images. They have this photographer's permission
to reproduce, distribute and enlarge images at their own discretion.
Photographer requests permission to post select photos to her website and to publish said
photos if the opportunity arises.
Limit of Liability
In the unlikely event that the photographer is inured or becomes too ill to
photograph this event, the photographer will make every effort to secure a
replacement photographer. If the situation arises whereby a suitable replacement
is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments
received by the photographer for the event package. This limitation on liability
shall also apply in the event that the photographic materials are damaged in
processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or
damaged without fault of the photographer.
